We do our best to satisfy you. In case you are not satisfied with our products or services, you can return the product within 7 days of receipt.
A full refund excluding shipping will be issued after we receive the returned products in original condition. The buyer is responsible for all postal for returned products.
Customized/personalized productions are not allowed to exchange/return if a wrong size was ordered and it doesn't fit you.

We normally ship parcels via registered airmail through Thailand Post Co.,Ltd. Delivery time varies,depending on the destination.

Customs - Import duty/Tax
Parcels are declared as gif to reduce chance of import duty/tax. In case there are any import duty or tax , you are responsible for them.
Please contact your customs office for more information regarding tax rate.
Unclaimed/refused parcel
If your parcel returns to us with some reasons e.g. wrong shipping address,unclaimed by addressee, refused by addressee, etc, we can resend the parcel with a charge.
No refund will be issued.
